So we asked for a meeting and Tracey came very prepared with information on other properties in the neighborhood and recommendations on how we could make minor updates to get the best price for our home. The selection was easy. All of Tracey's recommendations were outstanding from selecting paint colors to contractors to complete projects that would improve our sales potential. She was in constant contact with us providing updates on the real estate in the area and giving great advice. Tracey was very supportive all through the process and the results exceeded expectations.
