Buyer reviewChelsea was absolutely phenomenal. Her knowledge of the area, quick response, and attention to detail landed us the home of our dreams in the ideal neighborhood we desired. She was patient with us in the home search and never pushed us to settle. Personally, our deal would have been passed over if we had waited for Monday to offer a contract. Easter Sunday, she took the time to write a contract and it's exactly why we secured our home. Chelsea kept us in the loop the entire time for the entire transaction and made sure our interest was not compromised. I credit her with us having faith in realtors again. Her father, Chris, stepped in and followed up when Chelsea was not available. I am so grateful to both of them for a job well done. Seller reviewEnthusiasm of the Gabriella team over some of the features of the house which was in final stages of renovation, helped sell me on them to market my house. It was great working with Chelsea and Chris as her backup, good team work! They especially helped in mitigating the building inspection items directly with the buyers.
