Buyer reviewGail from the start was very confident and proffesional.This is a crazy market right now and she didnt let us give up when we got frustrated and wanted to throw in the towel.She stayed the course and worked with us keeping us informed and even provided a little humor when needed.Bottom line Gail got is in a home we could enjoy and afford!Gail is obviously passionet about her job.Would highly recomend to anyone looking for anew home.She will work hard to get you in the right home.

Buyer reviewThis is the second time that we have worked with Gail. She helped us purchase our home in 2006 and we knew that we wanted her to help us sell and purchase a new home. Gail has been exceptional in every aspect. We initially were just wanting to sell and wait to buy, but then we found our new home so Gail became our buyers agent as well! She is "excellent" rated on all characteristics. I can't say enough on how great an experience it was. I could always count on her to "get it done"! Gail works very hard for her clients and advocates every step of the way. She has years of experience and that gave us piece of mind while moving out of and selling our current home. She takes care of every little detail for you and knows what is important when buying a home. From setting up our showing, inspections and closing Gail takes care of it and is with you every step of the way! I highly recommend Gail Rutkowski!
