Seller reviewGail was as helpful with us as we prepared to sell our home and during the actual process of selling has she had been five years earlier when she helped us find the home. She made the process amazingly uncomplicated and got us a better outcome that I would have dared hope for.

Buyer reviewGail was always available to look at new listings and answer questions whenever we called her. If she was busy she always got an associate to help right away. Jill was awesome when we wrote up the purchase offer. Gail was very honest and gave us good information to make our decisions when purchasing a new home. Gail was very approachable and had a great sense of humor. We are new to the Madison area so Gail has been great at giving us great contacts for tradesmen that she has worked with and trusts. We would definitely work with Gail and Jill in the future and recommend them both to our friends and co workers.

Seller reviewMy husband, Tom, has known Gail Rutkowski for many years so we engaged her to be our agent when we were looking for a second property a few years ago. She was excellent through that process so there was no need for us to look for a different agent when we wanted to sell it. The house had been rebuilt after a fire so it was basically brand new. Gail gave us lots of information regarding sales in the area, how long we could expect it to be on the market, what kind of marketing strategy she would use, etc. She even staged the house to show buyers how their furniture would fit. Gail had priced the house aggressively expecting that there would be multiple bids and there were .Her strategy was to use the internet MLS site to list the house and not hold an open house and it worked. There were several confirmed showings almost immediately and the second showing produced an excellent offer. Gail and her team were so responsive and helpful. We enjoyed working with Gail again and when it is time to sell our home, she will be our choice.

As a seller and buyer, my expectations were fully met. I'm a very needy person who likes to be informed at all times as to how things are going with the selling or buying of my home.
