Gail Rutkowski helped us in the beginning of our home search to understand what to look for in homes and what we might want to watch out for. Seeing homes with Gail also gave us a much better idea of what we really wanted in a home, and she made looking at homes fun and informative! Finally, we had expected the escrow process to be difficult (given what we had heard from others about their experiences purchasing homes), but Gail (and the team she helped us put together) made the process painless!

Her communication with us was direct and appreciated. We knew when the property was shown, and received feedback that allowed us to talk about any changes that may be needed to encourage an offer to be written on the house. She staged the house in a way that welcomed potential buyers and showed the property in the best possible light. She also had quick access to people who could paint and do minor repairs. Gail Rutkowski did a fantastic job helping to sell my property. She put my mind at ease and helped me quickly understand long contracts I didn't fully understand. I got more from my property than I would have if I sold it myself, which made up for the commission. While moving is never hassle free, she definitely made the process a lot smoother and easier!

I can't say enough about the service gail provided both me and my wife. Upon exiting the army and returning home, gail helped us purchase our first home and in a hurry. Our timeline was short and we asked a lot of her. To say she met our expectations would be a great understatement. She listened to exactly what we were looking for gave us honest feedback with knowledge of what the current market was worth. Because of gail we were fully prepared when searching. We again quickly found a home that we fell in love with and made an offer contingent on our current home selling. My wife and I were a little scared making that offer wondering if we could sell in a short amount of time. Again gail stepped up to the plate. She ensured us that we would be fine. She even brought over some of her own furniture and decor (from her own home) to help give our home a visual upgrade. Within 4 days we had 4 offers and ended up closing the 5000 above our asking price. Her market strategy was brilliant and because of it my family is in a beautiful new home with plenty of room to grow. We even we able to pay off all of my wife's student loans because we sold our home at such a great price, She had our best interest in mind from the start of our first home to our current home.
