There were issues w/ the sellers not having things done (new construction) Gail took care of necessary checks & balances. Gail worked very hard to represent our best interest & meet our needs. So often listing opportunities present where the sellers property is in poor condition It often makes more sense for an investor to buy it and pay to fix it up before offering it for someone to live in. Gail was patient and kind,so I decided to sell my condo I later purchased through Gail when I wanted to sell it. Gail did an awesome job it was only listed two days, she staged it well, and took a lot of time and patience with me I would def recommend her to anyone around or in the Madison area, I will be using her again when I'm ready to buy something bigger!
