She helped with the basics but also made some recommendations that were very helpful in marketing my property and giving it an edge over other competing properties. Her guidance during the staging and photographing sessions was critical in giving the property a "must see" look. This attention to detail resulted in having numerous people through the property at open homes and also regular broker showings. We had an offer within 4 weeks, which was an exceptional result given the value of the property and the ever changing market conditions as we moved into the Fall season. In addition to Kelly's sales and marketing abilities she is an extraordinary ethical person with outstanding communication skills.
