Seller reviewGreg and his team recently handled a very difficult transaction for us selling 14 separate units in a package deal. The communication throughout the process was EXCEPTIONAL and the skill of his team is SECOND TO NONE. Having dealt with MANY realtors through our acquisitions, I have had some bad experiences and a few great ones. This experience with Greg was definitely near the top of the list. Greg took a difficult transaction with a lot of potential hurdles and made it look easy. He is one of the few Realtors I would recommend without a second thought. Greg is a very busy real estate professional so he depends on his team to carry a lot of the load in the ales process. His team was OUTSTANDING!!....Period... Because we are not local to the Myrtle Beach market, we did an extensive internet search and phone interview process before we made our decision to go with Greg (and His Team).
