Seller reviewMike gave an excellent impression during our first discussion. He contacted us immediately when he found out we were in the market to sell. He came to our first meeting prepared with a market analysis, suggested selling price, selling strategy, and was able to highlight his impressive track record. Plus he seemed like a very likable person. In summary, very professional. I realize that pricing can be a conflict of interest with a realtor. Mike had the highest ethics, and was working to get us the best price, and not try to "move the house" at a lower price to gain a quick commission. We had some things that needed to be done in a hurry, like painting, cleaning, etc. Mike had a whole team of professional that could help us do these things in a timely manner. These people did a great job on schedule! This says a lot about Mike understanding Customers needs. Nice touch. I have bought a sold houses 6 times in my life. This was a tie for the best experience!

Buyer reviewTo future potential clients of Mike Griffin and Camco Realty, My situation was complicated in that I wanted to sell and close on my old home as quickly and seamlessly as possible, then move into a new home without the need for temporary housing in between. I had no desire to live in an apartment, nor with a relative while I looked for a house. A tall order, but Mike handled it perfectly. He was able to manage my circumstances with surgical precision. My sale and purchase transactions occurred back to back, which made for an easy move. As a parent of three, I was concerned with their well being during the process. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transition. The children were never displaced. I would recommend Mike to my friends and family because I know that he will be as professional and responsive to them as he was me.
