Seller reviewKaryn Norton contacted me about selling my mother's house that I had for sale by owner and asked if I would be interested in letting her list it for me. She came by the house made some suggestions about making a few improvements that she felt lke would definetly would help to sell the house quicker. This was my Mother's house and Karyn was very good to go over all the details of the sellers contract with my mother and help her to understand what she was signing. I followed Karyn's advice and within a month of finishing the improvements she had 2 offers for us to consider and one was for more than the asking price.
