We were first-time home buyers, and Laura was super understanding and patient. We needed lots of things explained to us, and she did a fabulous job.

Laura was great in walking me through the process of bidding. Everyone at the office was great. Laura kept me informed and followed up with me constantly. Christine was also very helpful and great to work with as well.

My family and I had been considering moving, but initiating the task seemed so overwhelming. Val had stopped by our house and some others in our neighborhood to say she had potential buyers within her agency. This motivated us to have her represent us and help with our decision to move. She was not pushy at all and provided gentle guidance at every step. Val is very patient, ethical, and respectful, and genuinely friendly There were many instances that our family had hesitancies (as would be present with most real estate dealings), and she allowed us to process this and diplomatically steered our navigation in reaching viable choices. Her intuition really stands out as a positive characteristic; she is attuned to the everyday responsibilities and obligations of her clients while in the midst of their need to meet buying/selling deadlines. Val is extremely competent in all the above areas. She was very accessible to answer any questions, and if she did not know an answer, she acknowledged this and quickly consulted with a colleague and responded back. We appreciated that Val had a team behind her. The agency's structure, along with the variety of employee talents, allows for a streamlined and well-organized approach to real estate transactions. Laura Heigel is very fortunate to have Val on her team. The Heigel group is very supportive acitve in our community and that it stands out.

Laura Heigl was always available to answer questions. She always listened to our concerns and made wise suggestions and explained her thoughts and the reasons why. She was a tremendous help in coordinating our closing with moving out of state. We went to closing in a UHaul truck for our last 15 hour trip and she took our closing check and deposited it in our personal bank account so we could get on the road. Wow!

Laura is a very professional woman with a no nonsense attitude when it comes to her job all the while making the process very smooth and simple for the client. I felt very confident in Laura's hands and knew she was doing her very best for me. Her team is amazing and working together they are all stellar in my opinion !
