We had not purchased a newly built home before so we wanted an experienced agent representing us. It was comforting to have Laura personally involved in the negotiation, paperwork, process and closing and having her team educate us and assist us through the entire process, from negotiation through closing. They were easily accessible, responsive, professional, and willing to do whatever we needed and ensured that everything was done properly and on time.
