What happened was that we ended up with the very best we could have gotten! Laura has helped us in so many ways beyond the purchase of our house. She has become an invaluable resource to us. As this is our first time to buy a home (after living overseas a long time), she was patient and explained in clear detail each step in the process. We leaned heavily on her advice. She really has the ability to be both friendly and professional, which she was in the entire process. We were in good hands! Each team member was kind (expressing congratulations on the purchase of our house) and got us all of the information we requested. Laura was able to advise us how to get the desired house when there were other offers on the table. She gave us excellent counsel.
