Seller reviewLaura Heigl went above and beyond to sell my family's property. It was an estate sale, so things were a little rocky, but she got us the best price for our property. She is a brilliant negotiator and tough as nails. But she will be by your side every step of the way. I couldn't recommend Laura any more highly than to say she made my experience easy and was a great support. She worked with the other professionals every step of the way. Laura has the best knowledge when it comes to buying or selling a property in Zionsville. She know the market inside and out. Thank you Laura for helping my family thought this difficult process. You were a great partner in the estate process.

Seller reviewLaura Heigl had sold our daughter's home and was recommended to us by our daughter because of Laura's ability & knowledge of real estate. We had a difficult house to sell and knew it would require expertise to make it happen. Laura had a vision for the house at the first appointment; by following her vision, the house sold in approx. 8 weeks after going on the market at a higher price than we had dreamed could be possible. The sales price was only $3,900.00 under list. There are no words to describe how well Laura performed; she is all of the above and more! We would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. This is one of the most pleasant and professional sales experiences we've experienced. Laura is extremely honest, knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, and puts her heart and soul into the property she has been asked to sell. Her integrity is above reproach.
