Seller reviewMy experience with Laura Heigl could not have been better. Her profesionalism is second to none. She is very Knowledgeable about the market, she was always available, very responsive and her values and intergrity aligned pretty much with ours. Laura gave us several recomendations before we listed the house and we followed them blindly. The results? ; The house sold super fast, above listing price and the process was way less stresfull than I thought it would be. There is no question that I will recomend Laura 100%.

Seller reviewLaura is a rockstar. I was out of state and had my vacant home listed with a rental company. I googled agents in the area and cold-emailed her. I did not have keys to let her in the home and was multiple states away. After talking with her by phone, I knew I could trust her to work with me. She was able to get into home, sent me a sales contract, and immediately started marketing the home. She took care to understand the amount of money I spent in preparing the home and set expectations with buyers. She had a multiple offer situation within 48 hours of listing the home. She took care of every detail and kept me informed throughout the process. I can't say enough about her professionalism, attention to detail, and communication skills.
