Seller reviewKarla was accommodating to our situation. We needed to sell a condominium that had been trashed by squatters, while being in bankruptcy, and living out of state. Karla found a business to come clear the property, including removing carpet and appliances. Karla remained on top of our poorly communicating lawyer to obtain trustee approval for the sale. The house sold within a week of listing, the property sold for more than we expected, and we received 10k more than asking. 100% Satisfied.

She was the only call that I made. I've known from social media that Karla was an outstanding agent. I was able to witness her professionalism first hand.
