Seller reviewKarla was accommodating to our situation. We needed to sell a condominium that had been trashed by squatters, while being in bankruptcy, and living out of state. Karla found a business to come clear the property, including removing carpet and appliances. Karla remained on top of our poorly communicating lawyer to obtain trustee approval for the sale. The house sold within a week of listing, the property sold for more than we expected, and we received 10k more than asking. 100% Satisfied.

Buyer reviewI've known Karla since we were young kids. We haven't seen each other for years. When we moved back from Minnesota and wanted to start looking at houses for my son. She was the only call that I made. I've known from social media that Karla was an outstanding agent. I was able to witness her professionalism first hand. We had some challenges finding the right house, but in the end she found us the perfect place and location. It didn't matter... early in the morning or late in the evening Karla responded to emails, phone calls, & text messages. I would highly recommend using Karla for your future needs.
