Team Profile

Buying or selling a home is not only one of the most expensive decisions you will ever make but it's also one of the most stressful things you will ever do in your life. If you are going to go thru such a life changing event, you want to make sure your Realtor is invested in you. We believe these experiences should also be one of the most rewarding and exciting experiences you ever go through! We'd like to introduce ourselves to you. We are Angie and Todd Hermanns. I (Angie) grew up in Michigan and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University. After graduating, I went to work with Ford Motor Company and ended up transferring to Orange County, CA. Upon transferring to Ford Motor Credit, I completed my MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. I was recruited to work for a Ford and Lincoln Dealership in Los Angeles as the General Sales Manager. While there, I made the guest experience a top priority and was recognized by Lincoln Motor Company for my dedication to excellent customer service. Todd was born in Illinois but left at 2 years of age and grew up in Redondo Beach and Manhattan Beach, CA. After high school, he enlisted in the US Army and went to Basic Training in Fort Sill, OK. After serving 8 years as a member of the 1 st /3 rd Armored Cavalry and going to Germany, he returned home to Southern California. Todd held various sales positions and eventually worked for Kelley Blue Book in the auto industry and that's when he met Angie. He later went on to manage high rise buildings in downtown, Los Angeles and gained experience in property management. At the height of Covid in 2020, we decided to change our lives and move from Los Angeles to Myrtle Beach so we could help care for Angie's father. We have loved vacationing here for many years so it was an easy decision. Between the 2 of us, we have over 50 years in customer service and sales experience. We have worked diligently to educate and serve our clients and community. We bring to the table a vast knowledge of negotiation experience, attention to detail and most importantly a desire to make this process exciting and fun. We want to help guide you through the real estate process with integrity, honesty, professionalism and most importantly with your best interest in mind. We look forward to helping you buy or sell your next home in South Carolina.
