Buyer reviewWe felt that we had a real friend in Ginger; someone that cared about our needs and desires. She is someone that we felt we could trust to guide us into our future home. She displayed highest qualities of character and integrity. This being the first house we have purchased in 48 years we were new at the process. Ginger made us comfortable and expertly guided us through the whole process and made it very easy. Seller reviewFrom the very first contact Ginger made us feel comfortable and that she understood our position and feelings. We had lived in this house for 48 years so there were a LOT of memories and we were really newbies at real estate transactions. Ginger had done her homework before meeting with us and knew what similar properties in the area had sold for and was able to help guide us through the process of arriving at a sale price. She very ably guided us through the sale, inspection and closing processes and helped in the purchase of another home; but I guess that is the subject of another survey.

She looked at many houses with us and listened to what we liked and disliked and refined the search until we found our dream home. She acted quickly and worked well with our schedule, we could not have ask for anything more from ginger she went above and beyond for us. This resulted in us finding our forever home and we could not be any happier. Ginger looked out for us and had our interest in mind. I would reccomend Ginger to anyone who is looking to find the home they have always imagined.
