In the last few years, the Indiana Home Experts, which is managed by Greg Brown, had an average of 100 Million dollars in real estate sales and has been one of the top Fort Wayne teams in both units sold & total sales volume at Century 21 Bradley. Greg has been a Fort Wayne resident since 1988. Graduating from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Greg obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. We specialize in bringing "high-tech" systems to the Real Estate market, which allows our customers to have cutting-edge information on all the facets of home buying and selling. We also focus on listening to our customers and making sure that they enjoy their Real Estate transactions while ensuring that their needs are satisfied, as you can see from our many 5-star reviews. Greg was a Future 40 recipient winner in 2006, which is an award that recognizes men and women under the age of 40 who are making a positive difference in the Fort Wayne community. We had met with other brokers previously to look at houses but their follow up wasn't as good. One of the reasons we ended up purchasing a house is because of Thad's guidance and how easy he made the process. We will definitely work with him again and recommend him. We also appreciated the amenities from Century 21 Bradley Realty like the moving truck.

We had a list of mist-haves, but we would waiver on those with numerous homes we looked at.Thad was always patient with us and provided us very sound and excellent advice as we would contemplate homes that he knew didn't really meet our expectations. He took time to look into properties and possible pitfalls or issues either with the area and/or the homes themselves. He took time to establish a repore with an owner who was selling a home by owner and even toured it for us when we could not come up from TN. Thad was always quick to respond when we reached out (and I did that frequently). Thad always had great follow through as we explored yet another home, as we dragged him to quite a few homes in a wide geographical area before we actually bought one! Thad always showed extreme patience and was enjoyable to work with the entire 6 months this process took to get us back to NE Indiana from Tennessee. We will not hesitate to recommend Thad to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home or property.
