She is so patient and always transparent when communicating between different parties. I was never rushed or had any comment/question disregarded. An agent with that sort of value will earn my recommendation to anyone in the market.

She will hunt down whatever is stopping the process from moving forward, always has time for a phone call, and does so with a smile. We love her like a member of our family and frankly at this point wouldnt consider using another realtor because of how great she has been for us.

Buyer reviewWe were introduced to Lori Mills by a relative who lives near her and knows her. We could not be happier that she did. Lori is that unique combination of kindness, attention to the customer's needs and professionalism that is so hard to find, especially in the realm of sales. She was genuinely interested in finding out what it was we were looking for and noted the specifics as we found out later when she would present properties that had some of those details. There is also a combination of softness, if you will, along with competence which, in our experience, is nearly impossible to find. The lack of pressure along with her eagerness to help us evidenced these characteristics. No one is available all the time but whenever we would leave a message on Lori's voicemail, she would always return our call in a more than acceptable time frame. This was amazing to us and very much appreciated. Overall, it was wonderful to deal with Lori Mills. Her combination of professionalism and warm personality made her an absolute delight to work with. We could not be more thankful that our relative referred us to Lori.
