She is an effective communicator, she is very knowledgeable -- both in terms of the area and real estate, in general -- and she is fun to work with. She always made herself available and is very quick to respond, no matter the time of day or night. During a very trying market for buyers, Kami had what it took to get us to the finish line. If she didn't know the answer to something which was rare she would know who to contact or she would have them contact me which was so helpful! It was a true blessing to have her as my realtor! Lori was ALWAYS keeping me updated on the type of homes I was looking for originally until we decided to build and we looked at ALOT of homes with her so I appreciated her patience and would recommend Lori Mills to ANYONE I know who is looking for a realtor! Lori Mills was very good with remembering what we liked in each home we looked at and included that in the next home she suggested. She was also very prompt when we met with her to see homes and she would try to get us in as soon as possible, which I always appreciated! She always went out of her way and went above and beyond as our realtor! I was SO happy to have Lori Mills as my realtor! Even when she was on Vacation she contacted me!
