i was a complete novice in real estate and appreciated the team's understanding guidance, even from the initial meeting. Pam Kandalec was especially helpful, as my go-to person in negotiations, inspections, and contracts. She answered all my questions patiently and clearly, and she absorbed my confusion and anger admirably. Lori helped both in disclosure and closing stages, and Jen, the receptionist, was always available and gracious on the telephone and in person. Even though my home was in the lower-income bracket, I felt that the Jeanne Sommer Team gave my sale their full attention and expertise.

I cannot say enough good things about this team! I called them desperate to find a realtor to schedule house showings for me because I had just sold my house and needed to start the process of finding my new one. Within minutes of requesting the Jeanne Sommers team to contact us, we had a realtor and were set up with an account on the Century 21. Laurie, with whom we worked, was wonderful! She took our limited times in town into consideration and scheduled for us as many houses as we wanted in one day. When we had found the house we wanted to purchase she kept us apprised of what was going on. Every step of the way she was there if we had a question or just need a reassurance that everything was going the way it was supposed to. For the closing process we also worked with Jennifer, who was just as helpful as Laurie. Both of them were easily reachable by phone or email and I was thoroughly satisfied with the way they handled our home purchase.
