I was extremely satisfied with Century21, Jeanne Sommer and all of her team. Especially Julie Johnson. I also bought a house, along with selling my townhouse. The whole process was professionally done. Julie really worked hard to find us the perfect house and we couldn't be happier. The whole team worked diligently to sell my townhouse too, which was not simple due to the homeowners association allowing very few financing options. In conclusion, the right offer came literally 2 days after we moved into our new house. I would highly recommend Century 21 Alliance to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home!

We used Jeanne's team on the sale of our last home. That sale went great and they were excellent to deal with. Our home was not an easy sell. It was at the end of a long gravel shared driveway. The process started by me working with Jeanne's team to draw up a Maintenance agreement for the drive. Jeanne herself, along with her team helped give me advice and examples of how to get this written up and recorded with our county. After receiving our offer, Jeanne's team was very persistent on closing the sale. All items were addressed in a timely and professional manor. I will list the people that i worked with and how they were to deal with: Cassidy (at the front desk)- Extremely cheerful, polite and helpful every time i called. Pam Kandalec- I probably worked with Pam the most. She is very direct with what needed to be done, and knowledgeable on how to do it. She would follow up after every showing and i always felt that i could trust her. Our home was sold because of her help! Julie Johnson- She is awesome to work with, Julie will answer her phone at anytime of the day and help out with any question you have. Jennifer Jern-Freitas- Jen was very valuable during the closing process. She would constantly give me updates on where we were at. Michelle Renninger helped at the very start of the process to evaluate our home and work with us on what we wanted to get for the house. I was absolutely thrilled with Jeanne and her team. They always made us feel like our house was the only listing they had. Each member of her team was great to deal with, and i would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to buy or sell.
