Buyer reviewWhen we first looked to move we went through about 3 realtors. We felt they weren't willing to work with our schedule for showings or they didn't want to deal with all the issues we brought along. Kathy worked with us on two deals. The first home we found fell through and she still stuck with us one year later. When I called her again she was not hesitant to start working with us again even with us not being able to get the first house. We had to travel a lot and she really worked with us to make our travels worth it. She made sure she was able to give us her attention and she stayed with us even though my husband and I fought back and forth on houses and had totally different opinions in what we wanted. I am so glad we found Kathy. Our journey was not always painless but Kathy was always optimistic and helped out in every way she could. We are so grateful for her and are super happy with our home!!! We would highly recommend Kathy to all our friends and family. Thank you Kathy for everything!!

All I can say is I am very VERY lucky to have contacted Kathy and worked with her. I have just moved into the house and there is no way in the world I would be here without her going the extra mile to make this purchase happen.

A lot has changed since then and Kathy explained the process in detail to us. Kathy was always available to us. She quickly responded to calls, texts, or emails. During our open house, we got positive feedback from our neighbors that had stopped by. They thought Kathy was one of the friendliest and most helpful realtors they had ever met.
