She was available and made the time to answer all of our questions. She always responded to our calls, texts, or emails either immediately or shortly after. She linked us with all of the people needed to finalize the sale. She was able to give us good feedback on the value of our potential purchase, as well as trying to have it suit our family's needs. Because we lived in Texas, Kate saved us hundreds of dollars on airline tickets by taking care of so much on our behalf. When we did fly into Maryland, she personally picked us up from the airport and drove us around the area to help get familiarized with everything before meeting with our builder about the house. The building process was a breeze thanks to her. Every request we had, she took care of it and we can't thank her enough!!! Kate is one of a kind We really appreciate her!
