We were looking for a house with land. We got the pleasure to meet Kate through a friend and right off the bat she was showing us houses and helping us out. After searching for houses and found the house we loved, Kate jumped right in and started negotiating the price to where we needed it. She is a fighter for her customers and was so nice and very very helpful throughout the entire process. She has the knowledge and is always a phone call away to help out anyway she can. We are so glad we had the pleasure of working with her and finding our perfect home.

Overall, our experience has been great. We became close with Kate and her family during the months leading up to the sale of our property and we will truly miss being around them, as our original plan was to stay in the DC area until my employment was moved to a different state. As a buyers agent, Kate tirelessly researched properties that would fit our tastes in the DC area and took us around on several occasions to view them. As a sellers agent, she was very assertive from the beginning when we told her that we wanted to list our condo for sale. She immediately began helping us prepare for the sale by running comps in the area and compiling all necessary information to list our property. The collateral she produced for our fliers were spectacular and the coordination and communication throughout the selling process was stellar. She expertly negotiated a highly favorable contract for the sale of our condo which ended up being the most expensive property to be sold in the community at that time. We have already recommended her to friends and family who are also or are thinking of getting in the market. If we were staying in the area we would use her as our buyer agent as well, but since we are moving out of state Kate took the extra step to coordinate and interview several buyer agents for us to find the perfect one that would help us meet our desires in a new home. She knows what she's doing and she's great at what she does!
