She helped us purchase our first home together. She was exactly who we needed as first time homebuyers using a VA loan!! Her attention to detail was a big selling factor and I knew if I selected her that I wouldn't have to worry about the details. I cannot say enough good things about Kate and her associate Chelsie. They were always responsive, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. Everything about this transaction was well executed and Kate's marketing strategy and strategy for pricing my home resulted in multiple bids and a sale at nearly 10% above asking. From start to finish, Kate and Chelsie handled everything for me and I never worried that something would fall through the cracks. They had it covered. Kate is an agent who goes above and beyond for you. She was even pulling a few weeds in the garden before the house was photographed. Now THAT is a dedicated agent who pays attention to detail.
