Buyer reviewKate was a great help for us moving from out of state. We had no plans to purchase before arrival, but when a great house for us came up, she helped make it work for us to see it virtually, and helped us seal the deal from afar! Our offer won with two other offers on the table. Her advice throughout the process was super helpful, and she helped us negotiate things to our benefit. She was super nice but not afraid to go to bat for us!

Buyer reviewIn our last home buying experience, all the various people that needed to work together didn't interact well, and it caused a lot of frustration. Kate Christofides came highly recommended from our mortgage company ( Caliber Home Loans). She did not disappoint. From the mortgage company to the home inspector, it was obvious that each group highly respected her and enjoyed working with her. Because of this we were able to move quickly and seamlessly through the home buying process. We also greatly appreciated her patience in teaching us more about the home buying experience. Kate went above and beyond answering all our various questions, and worked tirelessly on ones that needed to be fielded. Overall, we greatly enjoyed working with Kate, and will be recommending her to all our family and friends.

Buyer reviewI absolutely loved working with Kate. My wife and I are out of state but wanted to get a small condo up on the NE side. We had already related with an agent at the same brokerage firm and his main concern was that it was a small deal. When we spoke with Kate, she didn't seem at all bothered that it was only a $115k purchase. She stepped up and whipped up an offer contract within a short timeline. That was just the beginning - she impressively followed up and kept us up to date on all issues thereby getting all need documents on time and closing within 21 days. We're planning to relocate up there and plotting a much much bigger purchase as a primary residence - We'll have no other agent help us with that purchase except Kate. I'll highly recommend her to anyone looking for a honest, dedicated, knowledgeable and hard working agent. She's absolutely the best!
