Michael Bernard promptly and effectively handled every aspect throughout the process of purchasing our new home. Seller reviewI walked into the Soldotna office (without an appointment) and Kevin & Lani greeted me with a smile. They spent spent considerable time with me understanding my needs to sell some estate property. It wasn't until a year later that I was ready to sell. I had a friend that was interested in buying the property and Kevin helped with many technical questions (well, electricity, existing trailer, property access issues) without even the commitment of a listing. When the friend backed out, Kevin had the listing contract to me the same day, and had it listed the following day. We had multiple offers within 4 days, and ended up selling it for 20% more than I expected. Lani helped with closing and it was a done deal before we new it. Kevin and Lani are very kind, knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend them for any real estate needs.

But we feel our opinions would be much more developed and able to be expressed fully when the other two transactions we have underway with Kevin and Lani are complete, though we don't expect the current opinion to change.

Seller reviewI would pick Kevin and Lani to sell my property over any other realtor in the area. From the beginning they were honest thoughtful and considerate of all of our needs wants and desires, which is normally not the case in my interactions in the realtor community. They were never once worried or concerned with commission but went out of their way, long beyond the sale to help us secure and close out items that were in need of doing long after the sale, because we owner financed some of the property. A normal realtor would not have done these things, thank you Kevin and Lani for not only being out business friends but I consider you a friend for life. God bless you and your business endeavors. Buyer reviewKevin and Lani did everything they needed to do to put my mind at ease for the purchase of the property. There were some things I challenged about the property and HOA's and they did a great job being a go between the HOA and myself to resolve my concerns.
