She stressed that we would know when we found "the one." Kerri worked outside of normal hours to accommodate our sometimes abnormal work schedules. She was organized and punctual in returning messages and getting us information. When a family situation came up when it was time to close on our home and move, Kerri worked to make the closing go flawlessly so I could be with family in another state. Kerri became part of our family during our three year search for our home.

She was truly a part of our "team", and everyone she put us in contact with was "top notch". Pertaining to the characteristics section, "Excellent" was chosen because there was no higher option. I could give examples of each individual point if asked to do so. One example I will share is her ability to answer my many questions. She not only answered the questions, but was sure we understood the answer, and at times the options if there were any. This in itself can speak to Clear Communication, Approachable, Respectful, Helpful, as well as a few others. There are many decisions that get made when buying a house to make a forever home.
