Buyer reviewGreatly enjoyed having Shane Lathorp as our realtor. He was quick to respond to our emails, texts and calls. He moved mountains to get us what we wanted (and what we didn't want). We were first time home buyers and appreciated his expertise and guidance. Shane was helpful in deciding a reasonable but fair price point in a competitive market. He had superior knowledge of the fox valley market. He gave us step by step guidance on the timeline, contracts, and closing. Shane's personal skills and communication skills are exceptional. He was always available, helpful, and understanding. We were challenging clients - first time home buyers, very picky on several aspects, and had an upcoming life event change our priorities half way through our housing hunt journey. We found a great home we are happy with and are thankful we had a patient, experienced realtor or else we would be in a much different situation. Shane made us realize how important a good realtor is and cannot recommend him enough to our friends and family. He's personable, smart, and could not be a better fit for his job.

He did a very good job of providing me advice when I asked for it without being too pushy. My house sold in a timely manner and for a significant amount more than I would have ever expected. So I would absolutely recommend Shane to anyone.
