Seller reviewShane is able to navigate conflict well and unite buyer and seller around a deal, finding creative solutions. He is always clear and forthright in providing information and acts timely. He exhibits patience and professionalism at all times. At times, Shane's actions were extraordinary, actually performing work, like cleaning and polishing windows to ensure the property would meet with the buyer's expectations without cost to the seller. We deeply appreciate all of Shane's efforts on our behalf. My wife and I have had a long term working relationship with First Realty and know the standards that are in place to insure the highest level agents work there. We have been pleased with Century 21. Capable and high standards and ethics.

Most of all, Shane's follow-through in all aspects of customer service was way above and beyond. Shane listens to understand and not to just reply. He made himself available at all times of the day and was spot-on during critical aspects of the sale. He even help us move heavy furniture after the closing! I would highly recommend Shane Lathrop without hesitation as a buyer's or seller's agent.
