At that time, I decided to wait another year to buy, based on financial reasons, but Shane had been such a huge help and was so great to work with, that I did not hesitate to contact him again this year. He did so much to help me through this home buying process, and he always made me feel like I was his number one priority. He was an amazing advocate for me, and I ALWAYS felt that I could trust him completely. Shane came across as though he really cared about finding me the right house, and it felt like a friend was helping me rather than a broker. I would recommend him HIGHLY to anyone buying a house, especially first time home buyers. Thanks to Shane Lathrop, I was informed and at ease during the entire process. I can't say enough great things about him!!! I can honestly say that the only thing that I will miss about house hunting is working with Shane!

He represents him self in a family and professional way that is better than most.
