Seller reviewI have worked with Diane Lathrop selling and purchasing in the past. My first experience was exceptional so when I decided to move again calling Diane was my only thought. She is professional yet very personable, not stuffy and unapproachable like some. Diane does what she says she will do, great follow through. Always answers her cell and if you should get her VM she is prompt to return calls and text. You have a question, Diane has the answer. I have recommended Diane to friends and family and will continue to do so without question. She was excellent to work with and i am proud to call her my friend.

Buyer reviewDiane Lathrop is totally available and at the ready for any needs that arise. Our offer to acceptance from seller was less than 48 hours. Diane recommended several financial locations that work hard and quickly to get mortgages for their clients. We went with one that Diane's clients have used in the past. We were pre-approved within 6 days. The financing went smoothly. Closing was only 5 weeks after the first visit and offer to the property. Amazing experience!
