Seller reviewWe recently listed our vacation cabin with Diane Lathrop. She was great to work with, always being responsive to our questions. She communicated very clearly and promptly when potential buyers had questions that she needed to approach us with. We felt a high level of confidence with her as our agent. We immediately formed a bond of trust and anything that we were not 100% clear on, Diane answered in a prompt and friendly manner. I felt that she worked for us as well as the buyer in a sense that she cared for both parties. I would highly recommend Diane and the Lathrop team.
