Buyer reviewDiane Lathrop was actually not our first realtor. We had another realtor who steered us wrong in our search for a home. That was what made a personal recommendation so important to us. We had even considered quitting our home search. Thankfully, Diane was able to change our minds and she found us a perfect home for our needs. She was wonderful with explaining the process to us as first time home buyers, prompt with responses and quick to get us appointments to view homes in a fast paced market. Even around my crazy work schedule as a student and medical professional! Not once did I feel pressured to choose one home or another. She wanted us to find something that was perfect for our needs. We couldn't be happier. I would recommend Diane Lathrop to anyone looking for a home. She was absolutely wonderful to work with.

Seller reviewI was very happy with the way Diane Lathrop handles the sale of my house. Having no previous experience with selling a house, Diane made it easy. From her first visit, she came prepared with a booklet she had put together showing 3 houses that were similar to mine, what they were selling for and 3 houses similar to mine that had recently sold. This helped me a lot to decide the selling price of my home. When we signed paperwork, she went over terms line by line. Whenever she had a showing, I was given plenty of notice and afterwards, she would call me to let me know how it went. I never had to worry about anything because DIane took care of everything. I would recommend her again and again because of her kindness, business professionalism and caring attitude. Thank you Century 21 Affiliated and especially Diane Lathrop!!!
