Seller reviewDiane Lathrop assisted me 3 years ago when I purchased my Neenah home, and she did fantastic job then so when I was ready to sell my home I knew I wanted to use her. Diane handled all aspects of the sale and answered any of my questions promptly. I accepted offer on my home 4 days after going on the market. Highly satisfied! I recommend Diane to both buyers and sellers. She is very accommodating and excellent at communicating promptly! She explained things thoroughly and answered all my questions as a first time homebuyer and again as a first time home seller. Buyer reviewDiane was very responsive to our needs and with every viewing got better at knowing what was important to us. She pays attention. She was very prompt in responding to questions and helped us negotiate the purchase of a house that fits our needs. We were not purchasing a high priced home but we felt as if finding a house for us was a priority for her. We will call her when we list our current home and we would highly recommend her.
