Buyer reviewWe purchased a home through Century 21 and Lauren Smith was the agent who was handling the buyer side of the sale. She responded to an email I sent her and was very accommodating and helpful. Lauren was such an outstanding realtor. We feel we had the very best! She was always on top of every detail and explained everything in an excellent manner. Any questions we had she answered quickly and very efficiently. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with every detail involved in the process. She was always so pleasant and kind about everything. We just feel extremely blessed that we had her as our realtor. She was so sweet and thoughtful in every aspect. She's very professional but very easy to talk to and we always knew she had our best interest at heart. She worked hard to make sure every question we had was answered satisfactorily and as quickly as possible. She was very pleasant to work with and she was excellent in explaining things in a way that we could understand. She was very knowledgeable about the realty process in every aspect. She did an outstanding job as our realtor. We felt like we had an exceptionally good experience overall and Lauren was behind the success of it all.
