Buyer reviewGlade was professional & responsive during the process of purchasing our new home. We met early on and let him know what we were looking for. He provided available listings, responded promptly to any questions we had, and was knowledgeable about the area. He was able to recommend some great resources for us, like the home inspector. We didn't need him to hold our hand thru the process. So it was just the right amount of input. I'm sure he would have be available to be more hands on if that's what we wanted.

Buyer reviewOnce we met Lauren by wanting to see one of her properties, she began working tirelessly to find the properties with the characteristics we were looking for. She connected with us immediately. There was no wasted time from when she collected information from us, set us up on her listings and then began getting us showings. We could not out run her! Lauren would set up showings as fast as we could look at them. We really wanted one property and had to bid on it. We did not get it and we were SO disappointed. Lauren was empathetic and then talked about what we learned for moving forward. She was able to educate us so we knew what might be needed the next time around. Lauren was professional and fun at the same time. We recognized her integrity, honesty, and loved that she was hard working. Lauren walked us through the home buying process each step of the way to keep us on track. When negotiating the price and terms I felt she was our advocate. She provided us options and recommendations from all sides and then supported our decision. Lauren also connected us with our lender and so many community resources!
