Her energy and knowledge was what I needed to hear. When she came to my home, she was prepared to give me facts about market and what I could expect during the selling process. I had spoken to other agents and knew immediately, they were not my partner for this project. I really appreciated the way we were prepared for the process and the fact that there were no surprises. I liked that Lauren knew exactly when to stop showings and the way she laid out the offers for us to choose from. The entire process was over with in a few days, AMAZING!!
