Seller reviewLori had a plan of attack for listing our house and it was executed perfectly. From the moment it was listed to end of the last open house, roughly 60 hours, we had about 15-20 showings and two open houses. This resulted in 8 offers, if I recall, and $12k above asking price. The neighbors stated the streets were lined with cars, as if we were giving stuff away free! For us, we feel Lori is a perfect example of what a realtor should be/do. She knows her job well and is great at pointing out issues or possible issues when we were looking at houses to buy as well. She offered great advice on what to focus on when staging our house to sell.
