Lindsey completed the needed paperwork in a timely and efficient manner. She had good insight into what the sellers wanted in an offer and what angle we needed to pursue to ensure we got the house we want. She was able to secure us a home in our desired neighborhood meeting all of our "dealbreaker" needs. She took time to show us other homes we were interested in and was very honest in the view and feedback of the homes. This was a good part of the transaction as it steered us away from homes that were not good. She was on time, had clear communication, and was a pleasure to look at homes with. It was very helpful in getting contractors and advice!
