Buyer reviewLindsay was great from start to finish. Very knowledgeable in the process and I really appreciated and needed that as a first time home buyer. She did very well in staying in touch with me and updating me along the process.

Seller reviewLindsay was our daughter's and son in law's realtor in the purchase of their house. She did such an amazing job with them I had to have her as our realtor in the selling of our house Lindsay was always there for us, understood our needs, and never let my quirks get in the way. She was more than a realtor to my wife and I. She became our friend. If I had to rate Lindsay from poor to outstanding, I would need a category above outstanding in all the areas of her job like communication, was there for us, etc. We have lived in six houses that we bought/sold in our 57 years of marriage, and this was the best experience ever. Thank you Lindsay.

Lori was positive and professional, and kept me from being too frustrated by the issues which arose. She reassured me at every point, and continues to support me as we try to continue working with the builder. Lori was a real help to me at the closing. . She knew which things required additional explanation, and provided that.

Seller reviewWe have several realtor friends as well as those we've worked with in the past for the sale of/purchase of previous homes, but we knew Lindsay was the right choice! Lindsay made the entire selling process so simple on our part. All questions were answered with great detail and she was so helpful throughout every step. Lindsay was knowledgeable and informative without seeming the least bit surprised at all of our constant questions. She was happy to help with any step of our selling process, even if it meant explaining things multiple times. Her positive attitude made this stressful moment fun for all of us!

Buyer reviewI appreciated her frankness when the property initially became available in stressing to me the need to see it a.s.a.p., which was so important considering how popular that location is. Her willingness to meet with me at a convenient time for me was important, too. I had to drive nearly 3 hours to get there and I was so glad I did. Things moved very fast, but Lindsay was on top of everything. I felt confident and reassured that we were with a highly reputable organization. Even when there appeared to be a possible water problem from the upstairs unit, she was on it and got back to me almost immediately. That response to a possible problem, so quickly handled, was impressive.
