Seller reviewLori Mayo came to our house and we sat down and she explained the way she works, her media and internet strategy and her plan for a splash with a Mega Open House. She presented her plan and we followed the plan with wonderful success! Lori was always accessible for questions and in constant contact with updates. She is a dedicated and excited professional to work with. The experience with Lori and Judge Fite has been exceptional. The sale did not go without frustration and confusion. All of which was generated by the far less competent and unprofessional actions of the buyer's agent. Lori had to work twice as hard to compensate for the incompetence of the Buyer's agent.

Buyer reviewMy wife and I met Diane Hicks by chance at an open house and, after talking with her for a few minutes, we decided that she should be our Buyer's Agent. That was a decision that we never regretted. The house that we wanted had increased by $7000 before we could make an offer, and Diane quickly contacted the builder's rep and negotiated a lower price that was acceptable. It didn't take us long to feel that Diane was putting our interest above herself and the builder. She had made it quite clear from the beginning that she worked for us. She also spent hours with us going over contracts and addendums and making sure that we understood what we were signing. And since just about everything was done Online, she helped us with tech also. One of the things that we appreciated most about Diane was that you could always get ahold of her. If she wasn't available when you called, she would get back to you in a matter of minutes. We also thought of her as a "problem solver." All of our concerns were resolved quickly to our satisfaction. Diane chose the right career when she became a Realtor. We may never sell or buy another house, but Diane Hicks has our highest recommendation for anyone looking to work with one of the best in Real Estate.
