Buyer reviewMy wife and I have purchased four homes over the years, so we've seen good and bad representation. Lori and Hannah were incredible. We were buying in a STRONG seller's market, but they were patient, considerate, and helpful throughout the process. Their knowledge and guidance were appreciated, but the most help came during a difficult closing period when things didn't go quite as planned. Hannah relentlessly advocated on our behalf and coordinated between us, the broker, the mortgage company, the appraiser, the title company, and the sellers to ensure we were able to close on time. Would highly recommend. Lori and Hannah were by far the best broker/agent duo we've ever worked with! Eleven out of ten!

She provided regular updates, explanations of the step-by-step processes, recommendations for staging, and provided an amazing photographer. Our home was available for showings on a Friady, and we were under contract by the next Monday. It was a terriffic experience! Although my family and I hope to never have to move again, if do, we will be contacting Lori and her team!
