My wife and I have purchased four homes over the years, so we've seen good and bad representation. Lori and Hannah were incredible. We were buying in a STRONG seller's market, but they were patient, considerate, and helpful throughout the process. Their knowledge and guidance were appreciated, but the most help came during a difficult closing period when things didn't go quite as planned. Hannah relentlessly advocated on our behalf and coordinated between us, the broker, the mortgage company, the appraiser, the title company, and the sellers to ensure we were able to close on time. Would highly recommend. Lori and Hannah were by far the best broker/agent duo we've ever worked with! Eleven out of ten!

Lori Mayo removed the stress from the ever-stressful process of selling a home. She provided regular updates, explanations of the step-by-step processes, recommendations for staging, and provided an amazing photographer. Our home was available for showings on a Friady, and we were under contract by the next Monday. It was a terriffic experience! Although my family and I hope to never have to move again, if do, we will be contacting Lori and her team!

My wife and I had used a very subpar realtor for 2 houses both buying and selling prior to knowing that he wasn't very knowledgeable or able to represent us how we should be. After doing our research and working through reviews we knew for sure that Lori was easily the best in the area and she answered the call on the first ring right then. Lori is not only what you expect when you want a realtor to uphold your interest but she also has endless knowledge to handle any situation that you could encounter. I would personally recommend Lori to all my family and friends because I know she would get the job done as good or better than I would want it done myself.
