Seller reviewIt took me a while to get around to doing this feedback for Lori because i have done so many for her . i didnt want to repeat or say the same things . There are times you don't want to use friends in business dealings. Lori is a very close personal friend and i wouldn't consider using anyone else just because of that alone. But Lori is by far the best realtor i know or have dealt with on either side of a deal and i have dealt with many in the last 20plus years. She works hard to represent her clients well and uses her experience and skills to benefit her clients. Of course i think she gives me special attention but i suspect all her clients feel the same. Seller reviewIn my opinion, not only is Diane professional, she is kind, patient and understanding of her clients' needs. She does not treat people like she is better than them and explains every process of the sale. She knows what her client expects and she delivers. It was a pleasure working with Diane and getting to know her. I would choose her again.

Seller reviewThe team made everything an absolute breeze! It was one of the most smooth processes I have ever experienced. If you want things done quickly but correctly with out any hiccups, I recommend Lori Mayo and her team! I loved how the team didn't pressure me into a certain price, a certain offer, respected the value and process, and handled all the details! I figured I would have tons of questions selling such a huge investment of mine, but all my questions were answered before they even came up! I would highly recommend Lori Mayo and her team for any real estate needs! It was on of the best experiences I have had in the real estate process. Everything was super smooth, I didn't have to worry about anything, the team handled and covered every part of the process, I didn't have any questions because everything was throughly explained before it happened. I blinked and the home was sold!

Seller reviewI called Kelly due to his successful handling of a previous sale. When he brought Lori to our appointment I was immediately impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. After we signed the contract I saw day by day that we had made the best choice for our agent. Her communication while the house was on the market was "top notch". She knew just when the market called for an adjustment in our asking price and the sale followed within hours. I would recommend Lori to anyone who needs a sales agent and in fact have already recommended her to my son. Could not have gone better - Lori did a wonderful job! Selling a house can be a stressful situation. Lori made the process go very smoothly and working with her was a pleasure. Kelly and Hannah were very helpful and professional in the aspects of the sale that they were involved in. I can not imagine anything that an agent could do that would top my experience with Lori.
