Seller reviewKelly is a no fluff kind of guy. When buying or selling, we customers don't need to be coddled, we just need facts, knowledge, execution. Kelly is the only agent we'd consider. I'd recommend him (and have recommended him) to family, friends, and neighbors.

She walked us through the whole process. Then when we closed earlier than expeyand she was out of town she called and stilled made sure everything went smooth and perfect. Seller reviewLori was amazing. Her research and knowledge of the market and area allowed us to price our house higher than expected and it was sold in under 48 hours at the full asking price. We couldn't have been happier. Lori did everything we could have expected and more to make sure our house was ready to sell and generated a lot of traffic. Lori and her staff is absolutely amazing and we got to deal with them all during our process. Science-fiction couldn't create a better real estate agent than Lori Mayo!! If you are looking to sell or buy a house, you would do yourself a great disservice by not choosing Lori Mayo!!

Buyer reviewWe have always used a different realtor for every house purchase/sale in the past because we just never felt great about our dealings with the agent afterward. When we set out to find a new agent it became very clear from reviews, ratings, and awards that Lori would be the agent we wanted to work with. So many (and I mean a LOT) of the reviews were repeat clients. That was huge for us. During the process we made multiple offers on different houses, only to have unresponsive agents, agents with outdated listings, agents who misrepresented listings, it was unbelievable. All I can say is we were so thankful we had Lori and her family (team) on OUR side! We hope we never have to sell or move again but if we do Lori Mayo will be our agent, without a doubt. She will be the only name we recommend to everyone we know. What else can I say, it really just doesn't get better than Lori Mayo... seriously... it doesn't!
