From the moment we met Luann we knew she was our realtor . At the time we have been going to open houses trying see what area would be best for us . So many other realtors will tell you every house is the house for you so they can make a sale but not Luann. The first home she showed us she said as honest as the day is long. We wanted to live on the water ( On a lagoon ) she has extensive knowledge about bulkheads and things that I had zero knowledge on and right away pointed out that the house would need a new bulkhead and dock .She also pointed out the floors were warped . My point of explaining that is to help you understand that she is not in the business to just make a sale but to help the buyer understand what they are getting into and to ensure they are getting the right house for them. Her patience are unmeasurable and took her time with us for 2 years till we found the right house . Her assistant Bonnie will go over and above to help the closing prosses go as smooth as possible . We live 93 miles away from where we bought and Bonnie ran to the town for us and meetting inspectors and bought fire extinguishers and smoke detectors and then installed them . I mean you could not ask for or want a better team

Luann Novak and her staff Bonnie Slocum are true professionals. Both are very knowledgeable and practically, almost literally, held my shaking hand through the whole process. They were always available to answer all of my questions, no matter what time of day or evening it was. They always made themselves available when I needed access to my new home to schedule inspections, appraisals, and whatever else I needed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I would highly recommend Luann and her team to everyone!

LuAnn and her team were always available and ready to help with how to start the process of purchasing right through to closing. Choosing to purchase a home can be very stressful but working with LuAnn made it a lot easier. She was there for the Inspections, helped with the lawyer, spend the time to work with the seller so that we could come to some sort of agreement in negations.
