We made up our minds years ago to reach out to Marty Rodriguez at Century 21 in Glendora to sell our home. Over the 27 years in our home, from time to time, we would receive her mailers. I set them aside, just in case that day would come, and we would want to list our home. We did our homework on Marty. My husband and I were amazed at how quickly the homes Marty listed would sale. It only makes sense to go with the best agent possible. We did just that. I immediately thought of Marty Rodriguez about 2 years ago when my daughter-in-law decided to sell her Rosemead home. I gave her Marty's information, and she contacted her. After talking to Marty, she immediately decided to list her home with her. To sumit up, Marty had her home sold within days. Needless to say, my daughter-in-law was very happy I that gave her Marty's information. So in February this year, it was our turn to list our home. I contacted Marty Rodriguez at her Century 21 office in Glendora. She listed our home on Friday, the 19th of February, and we were in escrow the following Wednesday. We had 20 offers. No kidding. She helped us through the whole process. Her staff reminded us of upcoming appointments, kept us posted on all things, and they even reminded us to turn off the utilities - and at close of escrow they even reminded us to cancel our homeowners policy. Marty and Marty's staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They are easy to reach and, if unavailable at the time we called - we were always contacted back immediately after leaving a message. I will continue to recommend Marty Rodriguez to all my family, friends and neighbors.. She is (without a doubt) the best agent out there. She knows what she is doing. She has many years of experience. She has a very knowledgeable, and efficient team working to make the process as smooth as possible. From start to finish, all we had to do was pick a buyer and leave the rest to Marty Rodriguez, and her team.

Marty and Lorie at Century 21 are an awesome team. They make you feel like their only client, even when you know thats not true. They are responsive, dedicated, caring and know the market. They follow up emails with calls, take last minute meetings for that house that just came to market, and can turn around paperwork faster than I could request it. My wife and I searched for months (pre-covid19) to no avail. Even with the challenges faced through March and April, their team kept working for us. They were able to find us a house in the exact area we preferred, within our budget and with all the options we were looking for. There is no better team to have on your side as buyer or seller when it comes to housing in their area. You may think you will get a more personal touch with a smaller firm, but that is not the case. They are dedicated to each person they represent and will be the absolute best team to have on your side

Lorie Mason was very helpful and patient I would recommend her. She always answered my calls and answered all my questions if she didn't know she would find out and call me back . Lorie Mason was a true professional during our long and sometimes frustrating search for a home. She went over and above what would be required of a real estate agent and truly had our needs and requirements in mind when she presented properties for us to look at. Lorie mason advised me impeccably and ultimately found me the house I wanted at a lower price. She has negotiated well with me and given me solid advice. She even found me a home inspector and when he identified a plumbing issue , she had a plumber there within an hour who diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate , and then got the kathy burns. seller to pay for the plumbing.
